VIP Points accumulate month after month until you want to cash them in for the discounts or rewards of your choice. Track the number of points you’ve earned at a glance when you login to Online Banking as well as on your statements.

You can redeem your VIP Points for merchandise, refunds or waivers.

Branch pick-ups (excluding Falmouth) are available, or you can have items shipped directly to you. Additional 1,000 VIP points per $15 of shipping costs to ship directly. Most items will be available 2-3 business days after ordering; please allow 10 or more business days for LL Bean Fleece Jackets and Vests.
