Text Banking
Receive account information in a convenient way by texting us at IM247! Through this option, CCFCU can keep you informed with real-time alerts about your account.
Send a text message command to receive text message replies regarding the balance of your savings, checking, certificates, and loans.
Enroll in e-Alerts and receive notices regarding account balances, electronic deposits, withdrawals, or when a payment is due.
You can enroll your mobile number in Text Banking by clicking on the “Go Mobile” button on the It’s Me 247 toolbar. Then select Text Banking Home to access the enrollment screens. Or to enroll in the mobile version, click on the “More” menu and choose “Text Banking”.
One-Way Text Alerts
You can set up one-way Text alerts via the e-Alert Subscriptions page, and create alerts similar to your standard e-Alerts:
Account Balance
Notification of an ACH Deposit or Withdrawal
Notification that a Loan Payment is due
E-Notice notification
Text Banking Commands
The following are Text Banking command examples and their responses. These commands can be sent to IM247 (46247).
BAL Balance for all accounts
BAL {nick} Balance for up to three savings or checking accounts, where {nick} is a custom 1-6 character nickname assigned within It’s Me 247
BAL {#} Balance for a specific account, where {#} is the 3-digit account suffix BAL {nick} {#} Balance for a specific membership and account combination
STOPTurns off all text banking
STOP {nick} Turns off text banking for a specific account
HELP The customer service number
(Be sure to leave a space between commands)
How Much Will This Cost?
Text Banking is free for members enrolled in eStatements.
For those members not enrolled in eStatements, the first 50 texts per month will be free. Over 50 texts per month will be $.04 cents each.
These fees will be taken out of the account selected when enrolling in Text Banking.
In addition to any fees your credit union may charge, your mobile phone carrier may charge you standard text messaging fees.
Please check with your mobile phone carrier if you aren’t sure what fees apply when you send and receive text messages.

Accessing CU*Talk is Easy! Here’s How!
Using your touch-tone phone, call:
1 (800) 870-7190You will be asked to enter your member number, then press the # key.
Next, you will be prompted to punch in your Personal Identification Number (PIN). Enter your PIN and press the # key.
Be Careful–if you enter the PIN incorrectly three times; your PIN will be disabled. You must contact the credit union directly for reactivation.First Time Users – Your temporary PIN number is the last four digits of your Social Security number. For security purposes, after you enter the system for the first time, you will be prompted to change your PIN.
From this point on, the CU*TALK procedure will vary depending on the transactions you wish to complete. CU*TALK will guide you through each step.
Hint: This first set of options includes a brief tutorial (press “0”) with tips and hints for using the system. You can press * to return to the main menu at any time.When you have finished your last transaction, simply hang up the phone.
