Need to Make a Deposit?
Check out our CCFCU Mobile App*! Did you know we offer remote check deposit using your smartphone? The service is free! No need to mail in your check or come into a branch.
Members must first register to use this Mobile Check Deposit. Once approved, registration typically takes less than 24 hours. If you are having problems, call 207-878-3441 x260.
Mobile Check Deposit Helpful Tips:
Be sure to write “Mobile Deposit Only at CCFCU” on the back of each check you deposit. Failure to write this endorsement on the back will may result in an automatic rejection of the item. If your deposit is rejected for this reason, please take the physical check and write the “Mobile Deposit Only at CCFCU” on the back and take the pictures and submit again.
Ensure that the check is “Properly Endorsed” meaning that the check must be payable to the same name(s) that appear on the account
Ensure that the photo of the check fills as much of the frame as possible
Ensure you have good lighting
Place check on a dark background
Destroy your original check after you see your check has been posted to your account
View Mobile Check Deposit Status
Tap “View Mobile Check Deposit History” within the Deposit Check section of the app
Checks will show as either “In Review,” “Approved” or “Rejected”
Please note that if there is an issue with the check requiring further review the actual posting time may be delayed

Mobile Pay Options
You already use your phone for just about everything – now you can pay with it, too. Just add your CCFCU debit card to Apple Pay, Android Pay, or Samsung Pay, and start shopping in stores, in apps, and online.
At participating retailers, the app allows you to pay for purchases simply by holding your phone up to a contactless reader at the register, or through your device when shopping online.

Set up
1. To add your CCFCU Debit Card, enter your card information into the Wallet app found on your phone home screen.
How to Pay
1. Look for the Pay Wave® or Apple Pay symbol at checkout and hold your phone near the contactless reader.
2. You may need to enter a passcode and sign a receipt.
3. Keep your phone by the reader until it vibrates and beeps, indicating that your payment was accepted.

Google Pay/Wallet
Shop securely. Google Pay doesn’t use your actual credit or debit card number. Instead, a virtual account number represents your account information — keeping your card details safe. Simply unlock your phone and place it near the payment terminal. Tap and pay. It’s that fast and easy. As soon as you make a purchase, you’ll see a payment confirmation for your transaction with the merchant’s name and number. So, you can verify your card activity.
Setup
1. Look for the Google Wallet app on your phone or download it from the Google Play Store.
2. Hit the “+” to add to wallet in the bottom right corner when launching the app.
3. Add your Cumberland County debit card.
4. Start tapping.
How to Pay
1. Locate a store that accepts “tap to pay” payments.
2. Unlock your device
3. Place your phone near the contactless terminal.
4. Your phone will beep or vibrate, and you’ll receive confirmation on-screen letting you know the payment was made.

Samsung Pay/Wallet
Easily make transactions in seconds using your Samsung Pay supported device
Store all your cards in one place
Keep your identity, card number, personal identification number (PIN), and purchases private
Setup
1. Find the app pre-installed on your phone or download it off Google Play. Then, sign into your Samsung account.
2. Scan your fingerprint and enter a pin, so you can authenticate future purchases.
3. Snap a picture of your Cumberland County Debit card and provide your signature where necessary.
How to Pay
1. Samsung Pay is accepted virtually anywhere you can swipe or tap your card.
2. Open Samsung Pay or unlock screen.
3. Swipe to the desired card.
4. To verify your identity, place your finger on the Home button. To use your Samsung Pay PIN, touch PIN. Then enter your four-digit PIN.
5. To make the payment, place the back of your device on the card or “tap to pay” reader on the payment terminal.
6. Complete the transaction at the payment terminal. Enter your PIN. Some merchants/terminals may prompt you to verify the total charges are correct, while others may require a signature.
